Pomoria provides timer, sequence editing, sound, Picture-in-Picture, optional account sync, and optional premium subscription features. The core timer can be used without signing in.

2. Accounts

Account features are provided through Clerk. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

3. Premium Subscription

Pomoria Premium is planned at USD $4.99 per month and unlocks advanced audio controls, premium ambient sounds, premium PiP templates, premium presets, Focus Insights including interruption patterns, and account-based continuity features. The final price and renewal terms are shown before checkout.

4. Acceptable Use

Do not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer restricted systems, or use shared room or sync features to distribute unlawful, harmful, or sensitive personal content.

5. Availability and Changes

We may update, suspend, or discontinue features as the product evolves. Premium features may change, but we aim to keep the subscription value materially consistent.

6. No Medical Advice

Pomoria is a productivity tool. Audio, timer, and focus features are not medical treatment, health advice, or a substitute for professional care.

7. Third-Party Services

The service may use Clerk, Stripe, Cloudflare, YouTube, Spotify, and other third-party services. Their own terms and privacy policies may apply to those services.
