Price and Payment Terms
- Price
- Pomoria Premium is planned at USD $4.99 per month. Annual pricing, discounts, trials, or taxes, if any, are shown on the checkout screen before purchase.
- Additional fees
- Internet access fees, mobile data fees, foreign exchange fees, card issuer fees, or other third-party charges may be borne by the customer.
- Payment method
- Credit card or other methods made available through Clerk Billing and its connected payment processor.
- Payment timing
- The subscription is charged at signup and then at each renewal period unless cancelled. If a free trial is offered, the first charge occurs after the trial period unless cancelled before the trial ends.
- Delivery timing
- Premium features become available after checkout is completed and the Clerk Billing subscription status becomes active.
Cancellation, Returns, and Refunds

- Subscriptions can be cancelled from the user account or Clerk Billing subscription management screen.
- Effect of cancellation
- Premium access remains available until the end of the paid billing period. After that, the account moves to the free plan.
- Returns and cooling-off
- Because the product is a digital service, returns and post-delivery cancellations are generally not accepted after service access begins.
- Refunds
- Refund requests are reviewed individually. Contact us through the portal above if a refund is required.
System Requirements
A recent version of a major desktop or mobile browser is recommended. Some features require browser support for Picture-in-Picture, Web Audio API, LocalStorage, IndexedDB, notifications, or local file access. Feature availability may vary by browser and device.
